Serverless is one of the most talked about buzzwords of the last years, so in this workshop we’ll do a deep dive in this matter and understand how easy it is to create, test and deploy lambda functions with python in AWS.
In this workshop we’ll do a deep dive in the serverless world by learning how to create, test and deploy lambda functions to AWS. We’ll also understand what serverless really means, the different AWS services that are needed to make a lambda function work, compare different serverless frameworks, and learn several tips and tricks to decide when using lambda functions is a good idea and when it’s not a good solution. The goal is to have a general overview of what this area comprises and a practical understanding of how to make use of it in the day to day job.
